We are acting with total respect for this law of nature. Located in an area having an altitude of
approximately 600 meters; where the North – South winds blow; with a temperature difference of
almost 50 °C between its summers and winters: Kocaçat Region, Bozburun Village.
These conditions leave surprising tastes in our olive fruits, allowing us to provide you with our world-
class Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We are trying to wake up a sleeping beauty, as no agricultural activity was carried out on this clean
soil for 45 years. Our efforts are starting to produce very encouraging results. We are aspiring to
preserve this clean soil and learn about sustainability.
We are pressing our olives (Edremit and Trilye variety), harvested from a single garden, within 24
hours from picking, using only cold-press technique (between 18 – 26 °C). After allowing the olive oil
to settle in steel tanks for some time, we prepare for sharing.
As with this harvest, our aim has always been to achieve a strong aroma, low acidity, and rich
content. Getting the most volume out of our olives will never be among our aims.
